Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Downloading and using the app is free for now. Later, a Yartist Pro subscription will give you more (for example unlimited swipes or more room in your portfolio). As a client, you can run one active Gig at a time. You will find the current prices in the app.
What is a Gig?
A specific job a client has posted: for example designing a logo, a product shoot or editing a short video. Professionals choose from these Gigs.
How do we pay each other?
Yartist brings you together; you agree on the fee and the payment yourselves, in messages. Payment happens outside the app. For bigger jobs, pay in instalments and put everything in writing.
Can I sign up as a private individual?
Yes. On your profile you say whether you work as a private individual, a sole trader, a company or a school cooperative member. Read about paying the right taxes in our guide.
When does the app launch?
Only the finishing touches are left; it will soon be available on iOS and Android. Sign up, and we will tell you as soon as it is out.
How can I delete my account?
In the app under Settings → Delete account.
